Problem at start of TOAD

Today is the third time that when I start TOAD beta 5.7.0.483 I obtain the error that you can see in attach to this message.
At this point I restart TOAD and all is OK.
My operating system is MS- Vista Business Edition with service pack 2 plus last windows update in italian language.
