Still getting this error on 5.7

I was typing the SQL Statement shown above:
SELECT * FROM [Invoice Header History] WHERE [Sales Order] IN (SELECT
After typing that 2nd select statement I got this error:

Hello, Darren!
It is known issue. There is CR 93779 ([Editor]: Toad-SS shows error with API Guard) in investigate status. I think it will be included in upcoming release.

So far I haven't been able to reproduce this in build 5.7.0.483.
