Error on compare and Sync Data

Last beta version 5.7 of TOAD.
I tried to compare and sync data between two DB's on the same server.
DB contains about 25 tables.
I generate script to do that and open in script editor , but when I press F5 button to execute it I obtain an error message that you can see in attach to this message.
Another detail... If I want to save my script SQL to use in the future I obtaina another error of type System.outOfMemoryException.

Hi Sergio,
it seems like a known issue, Toad doesn't support huge sql scripts.
can you give me more details about the script you have opened in the editor:
- how many lines?
- script size on the disc?
- is there any big data/blobs in the script?

OK. I understand.
Lines in the script are about 75000.
Size of SQL is about 300KB.
I have 2 DB's with the same structure/metadata.
One is with data and one is empty.
I've tried to sync/pump data from the full to DB empty.
I have one BLOB type. In this field I insert a ZIP file of about 20KB for every field.
