Modal Dialogs missing the Toad Icon

When you perform certain operations in Toad the Toad icon disappears from the Taskbar, showing a "blank" icon instead.
This happens for example, when you display the help, about screen, the Help, Licensing Screen, etc.
Steps to reproduce:
Open Toad - notice the Toad icon in the Windows 7 Taskbar.
Open Help --> About - notice that the Toad icon disappears from the Windows 7 Taskbar and is insetad replaced with a blank "white" page.

Darren,
I have several W7 machines and it always looks correct. Do you have another one to see how it looks on it?
Does anyone experience the same issue?
